What happens next
A conservative starting program. Pain-aware. Nothing you aren't ready for. WhatsApp check-ins to see how you feel.

Not sure which door fits?
How this works in practice

Real mechanisms, not just promises.

Readiness Check

Every training journey starts with a 20-minute movement assessment — joints, posture, pain patterns. Before we ask anything of your body.

Free. No commitment. You leave knowing exactly where you stand.
Trek Grading System

Every trek graded conservatively: route, terrain, altitude, descent, load, remoteness. If we say beginner, we mean it.

Meal Analysis

Send a photo of any meal. Get back a visual nutrient breakdown — calories, protein, strengths, suggestions. Specific to your plate.

Daily Wellness Tracker

Seven daily habits tracked over time. Your patterns, streaks, and progress — visible. Real data, not motivation.

One connected system

Every part strengthens the rest.

Training prepares you for treks. Meals support your training. Your child's camp connects to your family's health. Enter through one door. The rest reveals itself at the right time.

WhatsApp is how it stays connected

Every door leads to a real conversation. A real person responds.

You don't need to become a different person first.

Enter from where you are. A conversation. A readiness check. A beginner trek. A meal pack. Whatever feels right.

Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us where you are. We'll suggest the right starting point.

Personal Training

Your body is not broken.
It just needs a better guide.

Most programs assume you're already fit. Ours starts where you actually are.

This is for you if
·You've been meaning to start but feel intimidated
·You have stiffness, joint pain, or old injuries
·You've tried gyms and felt lost or pushed too hard
·You're 35+ and your body doesn't recover like it used to
·You want real capability — not bodybuilding, not boot camp

Trek Community
A goal worth training toward.
Trek Community + TreksFit

We don't train for mirrors.
We train for mountains.

Mountains don't care about your backstory. They show you where your engine, your fear, and your endurance actually are. Our treks are not tourism — they're feedback.

The trek community
·Beginner-friendly options every month
·Conservative difficulty grading — no surprises
·Affordable and family-friendly
·Community warmth, not a fitness boot camp
TreksFit

Structured readiness for harder mountains.

We map trek demands — route, terrain, altitude, descent, load, remoteness — and build your capability to match. The trek is the proof your training works.

Evening Meals

The hardest meal of the day,
handled with care.

Dinner is where nutrition falls apart. You're tired. Convenience wins. Our meals fix this — nutritionally coherent dinners that feel like real food, not diet punishment.

What this is
Nutritionally designed complete dinners
Portions that leave you full, not deprived
Batch-crafted with real ingredients
Not a diet food delivery service
Not a generic tiffin with random variety

Try a 3-day meal pack.

No subscription. Experience what a properly designed dinner feels like.

Kids Movement Camp

Not just play.
Training for a spine.

Structured movement and activities that build what parents actually care about: listening, self-control, cooperation, and confidence earned through real challenge.

What children develop
Listening
Following instructions without repeated asking
Self-control
Waiting, taking turns, managing impulses
Cooperation
Working with others toward shared goals
Confidence
Earned through challenge, not empty praise

For parents

While your child discovers what their body and mind can do, you might discover something too. Many camp parents go on to join training, family treks, and the meal line.

About Swasthya Pratham

I build concrete ways for people to start walking back to themselves.

I know what it is to drift away from yourself — to wake up and realise your body, your days, and your choices don't look like they belong to the person you thought you were. I've lived there longer than I should have.

When it became unbearable, I realised I couldn't think my way out. The only way back was movement. Training when my head was a mess. Eating in a way that didn't insult my future. Cutting what was misaligned. One act at a time.

My work now is the export version of that process. Different doors — training, treks, meals, kids programs — but one job: building honest, concrete ways for people who've drifted to start walking back.

How I work
Safety before excitement
Progression is earned, not imposed.
No shortcuts that cost you later
I'll move slower than your ego wants if that's what your body needs.
Proof over promises
Results you can see and feel.
One system, not scattered services
Training, food, treks, community — they connect.
